Two employees at a San Francisco homeless navigation center were charged Monday with two felonies for allegedly interfering with an investigation into the May shooting of a police officer.
Oakland resident Erika Porter, 45, and San Francisco resident Oliver Barcenas, 36, were accused of harboring Norris Reed III at the Bayshore Navigation Center after he allegedly shot a San Francisco police officer.
