The Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History has named Samantha “Sammi” Weiss as its new director of development and engagement, following the retirement of longtime director Susan Wolfe, museum officials announced Sunday.
Weiss brings a background in scientific research, conservation and philanthropy to the position. She holds a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences from Purdue University and a master’s degree in biology from Georgia Southern University.
