A measure on the ballot for a school district in Sebastopol appears to have just barely reached its threshold of the vote to pass and a measure in a Santa Rosa school district was well below the two-thirds needed to pass in early returns on Tuesday.
Measure A in Twin Hills Union School District in Sebastopol was passing with 57% of the vote in early returns, just above the 55% approval needed.
Measure C in Bellevue Union School District in Santa Rosa needs two-thirds of the vote to pass and as of 9 p.m. had only 52% of the vote.
Both districts were hoping the measures would generate funding for academic programs and infrastructure.
