THE STOCKTON RAPPER who was one of the hosts of a birthday party in November for his daughter that ended in a mass shooting has been was released from jail.
Luciano Guerrero, 22, was released from San Joaquin County Jail last week, after serving his time for a parole violation in December, according to court documents.
San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, Heather Brent, confirmed Tuesday that Guerrero had been released from county jail on time served.
The parole violation included making contact with known gang members.
Guerrero, whose rapper name is MBNel, was arrested Dec.1 by parole officers for being in “contact” with gang members at the birthday party gathering. According to parole documents, a joint investigation by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, Stockton Police Department and FBI determined that multiple “gang sets” were present at the time of the shooting.
Guerrero, identified by police as a member of the ABZ/Muddy Boyz gang sets, admitted to his parole violation during his hearing Monday, March 16, according to court documents.
Court documents show he served 106 days in the San Joaquin County Jail. The judge ordered that all of the previous terms and conditions of Guerrero’s parole were to remain in effect once he was released from custody.
Among the conditions of Guerrero’s parole include not associating with known gang members, wearing an ankle monitor and submitting himself and his residence for search and seizure of firearms and ammunition.
Among the known gang members with whom Guerrero can no longer associate is his brother-in-law, Billy Williams.
Williams and Guerrero were arrested on parole violations following the mass shooting on Nov. 29.
