Police in San Francisco arrested a suspect after they barricaded themselves on California Street by Hyde Street on Monday, the department said.
Just after 2:45 p.m., units headed to the area of California Street between Hyde and Larkin streets after receiving reports of someone brandishing a firearm while driving. Officers learned that the suspect was barricaded in an apartment in the 1400 block of California Street.
At 7:20 p.m., the suspect was in custody. Police have not released any more information at this time.
