The Santa Clara City Library’s Central Park location will stay open for an extra hour on Saturdays, starting Jan. 10. 

The library has been open until 4 p.m. on Saturday and will now be open until 5 p.m., according to a news release from the Santa Clara City Library. 

Saturday has been one of the most popular days to visit the library, according to the release, with about 1,300 people visiting the branch on average that day. 

The Northside and Mission libraries will keep their current hours.
