The Golden State Warriors start their 2025-26 National Basketball Association season Tuesday in Los Angeles, and will host a free opening night watch party at the plaza outside the team’s arena in San Francisco to celebrate.

The Warriors’ game against the Los Angeles Lakers tips off at 7 p.m., but the team’s watch party at Thrive City outside of Chase Center will start at 5:30 p.m., with live music, outdoor games, giveaways, photo opportunities and other activities, as well as food and beverages.

Fans are encouraged to RSVP at chasecenter.com/events priority admission to the free event.

The Warriors finished last season with a 48-34 record and lost in the Western Conference semifinals to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green are the two current Warriors who have been on the team across all four of its NBA championships between 2015 and 2022.
