The brother of an internet personality indicted for pimping and pandering has himself been charged with the same, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said.  

Gage Wynne, 32, was charged with two counts of human trafficking, two counts of pimping, and two counts of pandering by procuring. He was allegedly connected to several sex work advertisements in San Francisco and around the Bay Area, authorities said. 

He is the brother of Ricci Wynne, 39, was federally charged in March with allegedly coercing minors in 2022 to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of making videos and/or images.  

Prosecutors in San Francisco have also charged Ricci Wynne with two felony counts of alleged pimping and pandering.    

Before San Francisco police began investigating him, Gage Wynne had been arrested by South San Francisco police following an operation to rescue human trafficking victims, the District Attorney’s Office said. He was allegedly identified as the “boyfriend” of a victim whom he allegedly drove to a hotel to engage in sex work.

Ricci Wynne was a social media user with about 105,000 followers on Instagram and about 30,000 followers on X. He made videos of homeless people in San Francisco, many of them either openly using drugs, having mental health episodes or showing apparent signs of overdose.    

A self-styled activist and community watchdog, he has appeared as a guest on Fox News and has been critical of San Francisco’s approach to safe consumption and other drug and homeless related policies, including reducing the penalty for loitering for the purposes of prostitution.

Gage Wynne was previously arrested in Santa Rosa in 2015 on suspicion of being the ringleader of a large heroin supply operation.
