Seven proposals have been submitted for development of housing on some of Menlo Park’s downtown parking lots, planning officials said.
The city is looking to develop at least 345 affordable housing units on a combination of the three parking plazas north of Santa Cruz Avenue, according to the city’s Downtown Development webpage.
Proposals have been submitted from Alliant Communities, Eden Housing, MidPen Housing and Path Ventures, the city said on Friday.
Also Presidio Bay Ventures, Related California and Alta Housing, and The Pacific Companies and West Development Partners, the city said.
The city staff is reviewing the submissions and plans to recommended next steps to the City Council, officials said.
