The race to replace longtime Contra Costa County Supervisor Federal Glover likely isn’t over yet.
With all precincts reporting in, Antioch City Councilmember Mike Barbanica was ahead with just over 41 percent of the vote (8,007 votes). Pittsburg City Councilmember Shanelle Scales-Preston was in second, with just over 33 percent (6,468 votes).
