Betty Reid Soskin got a big gift on a big birthday Wednesday.
On the day the oldest park ranger in the United States turned 100 years old, the West Contra Costa Unified School District renamed Juan Crespi Middle School in El Sobrante as Betty Reid Soskin Middle School.
