The Burlingame City Council has introduced an ordinance allowing cannabis sales and deliveries locally, which would replace an old ordinance that prohibited retail cannabis activity.
The ordinance was introduced Monday. If adopted at the Feb. 16 City Council meeting, it would take effect 30 days later.
