Police recover wayward Bigfoot statue days after is goes missing from Felton museum

The elusive Bigfoot has been returned to its home in the unincorporated Santa Cruz County community of Felton after disappearing last week, the Scotts Valley Police Department said.

This Bigfoot is a 4-foot-tall likeness carved from a log that vanished Nov. 9 along with a wooden bear statue some time during the late morning or early afternoon from outside the Bigfoot Discovery Museum on state Highway 9 in Felton.
