U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris leaned into her experience as a prosecutor while laying out a progressive agenda, including calling for Medicare for all and criminal justice reform, during her first presidential campaign rally on Jan. 27 in Oakland.

Oakland police estimated that 20,000 supporters attended the rally at the Frank Ogawa Plaza downtown, lining up all morning.
