San Mateo County schools are following guidance from the California Department of Public Health, available here. Schools must post a safety plan to their website. Masks not required for students and staff.
Libraries
San Mateo County Library branches open for in-library services (including computer and printing access, browsing and checking out items, and Wi-Fi access) and curbside pickup (walk-up and appointment).

Reduced service and limited hearings.
City Buildings
Conduct business or access services online or by phone where possible. Vital services provided with reduced contact and social distancing.

Evictions
Rent relief may be available through local organizations.
Applications are no longer open for the statewide COVID-19 Rent Relief Program. State law extended eviction protections until June 30,2022 for qualifying applications received by March 31. But eviction protections do not extend for non-payment of rent after March 31. That means tenants must pay rent and utility bills beginning April 1. Visit housing.ca.gov for more info.
DMV
DMV offices are open and providing service to customers. Most DMV tasks can be taken care of without an office visit.
