For tenants who cannot pay rent due to COVID-19, evictions banned in Sonoma County until 60 days after public health emergency is lifted.
Statewide eviction ban ended Sep. 30, 2021, for qualifying residential tenants who could not pay rent due to COVID-19 related hardship. Applications for rent and utility payment relief closed April 1, 2022.
