Evictions

For tenants who cannot pay rent due to COVID-19, evictions banned in Solano County until 90 days after state of emergency is lifted.

Statewide eviction ban ended Sep. 30 for qualifying residential tenants who could not pay rent due to COVID-19 related hardship.
