All K-12 schools can resume full, in-person classes with modifications. Schools must complete and publish a COVID-19 safety and reopening plan prior to reopening.
Most locations now open with a mask requirement. Ygnacio Valley Library closed until further notice.
County-operated parks, outdoor playgrounds, dog parks, picnic areas, tennis courts and outdoor gyms are open. Information about different county parks and their status can be found at the link.
As of June 15, places of worship are allowed to hold cultural, religious and worship services indoors and outdoors with no capacity restrictions or suggestions. Masks required when indoors.

Personal Care Services
Hair salons and barbershops, non-medical massages, skin care, waxing services, tattoo, piercings and non-medical electrolysis can resume operating indoors as of Jan. 25.
Court facilities in Martinez, Pittsburg, Richmond and Walnut Creek and their courtrooms are open as of May 26. Facial coverings are required for all participants.

Statewide eviction ban in effect through Sept. 30 for qualifying residential tenants who could not pay rent due to COVID-19 related hardship. Applications for rent and utility payment relief can be found at https://housing.ca.gov/covid_rr/index.html.
DMV offices are open and providing service to customers with appointments and others as time and space allow during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most DMV tasks can be taken care of without an office visit. Visit https://dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv-online/ for information on online services.
