Personal Care Services
Hair salons and barbershops may open indoors with modifications. Body waxing studios, electrologists, estheticians, massage studios, nail salons, piercing shops and tattoo parlors may open indoors with modifications.
Indoor dining allowed at max 50% capacity or 200 people, whichever is fewer. Wineries, distilleries and breweries that do not serve food may open indoors at 25% capacity or 100 people, whichever is fewer. Capacity may increase if all guests show proof of negative test or full vaccination. Bars that do not serve food can open outdoors.
Santa Clara County Parks open with social distancing and masks required. Reservable group sites remain closed. Picnic sites open up to groups of 25 people maximum on a first come first serve basis. Family/individual campsite reservations available.
As of April 13, places of worship are allowed to hold cultural, religious and worship services indoors and outdoors at full capacity. State officials suggest capping services and events at 50 percent capacity.

Statewide eviction ban in effect through Jun. 30 for qualifying residential tenants who could not pay rent due to COVID-19 related hardship. Tenant must sign a declaration of COVID-19 hardship and by June 30 pay 25% of the rent due between Sep. 1, 2020 through Jun. 30, 2021.
New appointments for behind-the-wheel tests will be available once all previously postponed tests have been rescheduled.
